-Viajes Plaza S.L. as an intermediary cannot be responsible for consequences caused by force majeure, delays, airport closures, road closures, traffic accidents, loss or theft of belongings and hand luggage, etc.
-CANCELLATIONS: If received 48 hours before departure: full refund. If received within 48 hours before departure or not presenting at the airport: 35% refund (only for air tours and as long as Viajes Plaza, S.L. ticket is returned).
-CANCELLATIONS: If received 24 hours before departure: full refund. If received within 24 hours before departure or not presenting at the pier: 50% refund (only for maritime tours). If the tour is canceled (by the provider) due to bad weather, total refund, as long as the Viajes Plaza, S.L. ticket is returned.
-CANCELLATIONS: for theme park tickets, full refund, as long as the Viajes Plaza, S.L. ticket is returned.
