GENERAL CONDITIONS: Rates subject to change without prior notice without confirmed booking. Minimum age:
- Minimum age of driver 23 years old and 1 year of driving licence.
- Drivers under 23 years old or with a driving license between 1 and 3 years, will pay 4.50€ extra per day with a maximum of 95,00€ per rental and leave a deposit of 300€ to 900€ depending on the chosen group.
- For group H, L, L Aut, X and V, minimum age 25 years and 3 years of license.

What is included in the price?
- Free parking in Puerto de la Cruz.
- Free delivery and pick-up at your hotel (Puerto de la Cruz)
- Maps, routes and extensive information about Tenerife.
- Additional driver free of charge.
- Unlimited mileage.
- Insurance and taxes.
What is NOT included in the price?
- Petrol, fines and towing.
- Loss or breakage of keys or remote controls
- Loss or breakage of keys or remote controls.
- Personal belongings inside the vehicle.
- Tyre punctures.
- Damage to wheels, tyres or underbody of the vehicle.
- Wrong refuelling.
- Autos Plaza does not refund the amount of fuel (petrol/diesel) that the customer leaves in the tank of the car.
- Any additional expenses generated by a breakdown, overbooking, delay or unforeseen circumstance in the vehicle: transfers, per diems, other rental vehicles…
- The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from breakdowns or theft of the rented vehicle. In the event of breakdown or theft of the vehicle, the company is not responsible for any possible damages caused to the customer by these eventualities. E.g. If the car breaks down or is stolen and the client misses the hotel dinner, AUTOS PLAZA will not refund the amount of the dinner.
- The insurance does not cover accidents caused by negligent or reckless drivers or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Taking the car off the island of Tenerife.
- The installation of additional accessories (boosters, baby seats) will be carried out by the person renting the vehicle. The reason for this is that our insurance requires it, so that in the event of an incident resulting from incorrect installation of the accessories, the company is not liable for any damage caused.
- Autos Plaza does not charge a night supplement for deliveries outside office hours, the customer will only pay the parking ticket.
- The web offer rate does not allow refunds of any kind.
- If the customer decides to terminate the rental prior to the date specified in the Rental Agreement, he/she shall not be entitled to a refund of the amount corresponding to the days of non-use of the vehicle.
- Booking cancellations: in high season will be charged the amount of one day or the amount of 50 € minimum.
- For deliveries to the rest of the island other than airports and hotels in Puerto de la Cruz the price can be from 15€ to 75€ depending on the place, time and day of delivery. Ask for prices on +34 922 373 537 or autosplaza.com.
- Autos Plaza, under and in compliance with applicable regulations, reserves the right, in certain circumstances, to require customers to guarantee a deposit, accept an excess or deposit a sum, as a precautionary measure in connection with the provision of our car rental services.
